Exercise
None tonight. I think that is how Monday nights are going to be. Too tired, not enough sleep. Exercise plan as follows:
Sunday - Upper body
Monday - Rest
Tuesday - Upper body
Wednesday - No work (No gym)
Thursday - Lower body.
