Day 2 - Siesta

Exercise
None tonight. I think that is how Monday nights are going to be. Too tired, not enough sleep. Exercise plan as follows:
Sunday - Upper body
Monday - Rest
Tuesday - Upper body
Wednesday - No work (No gym)
Thursday - Lower body.

Gaol #3: Beat wife in diet competition.

My First work out since Chance and I worked out with Eric C ~1994 or so (I think that lasted a couple weeks)
30min of:
Sit ups
half curl sit ups
Hanging leg lift things
curls
bench press
Butterfly arm thing
Treadmill
